James photographed our wedding for us in October 2014, and we were blown away by the photos he took. Aside from them being beautiful, natural photos in themselves, the variety of styles was excellent. On the day, we were impressed and grateful to James for his skill in managing people for photos - we just gave him a list of shots we'd like, and James took all the stress out of trying to coordinate several friends and family members to be in the right place at the right time. James' flexibility was also much appreciated, and he was exceptional at just 'going with the flow' one what was a very laid back day with regards to itineraries. Thank you James! James was professional, calm and clear with his instructions. When he came round a few weeks before the wedding he listened carefully to what me and my fiancé wanted but was also able and confident enough to suggest alternative things that we hadn't thought of. James got a grip of our 'vision' for the day quickly and efficiently and was great fun on the day too! He made the space look enormous, the quality of the photos is excellent and I would recommend him and his work to any one wanting excellent quality photos for any occasion. Thanks James!

We booked James to photograph our wedding in November. From our first meeting with him at the venue to the actual day we couldn't have been more impressed. He replied very quickly to the many questions we had and on the day he had a lovely relaxed style and manner and made us both feel at ease. James photographed our wedding in October this year, and we have nothing but praise for the work he carried out and the manner in which he did it. We didn't want a huge number of 'formal' photos, and James still managed to find a great number of quality shots of most of the guests. He caught a fantastic number of action shots of the kids and always managed to capture the mood perfectly. When an unexpected event occurred (like the best man dropping the rings! ), James caught the action every time. He never felt like he was intruding on the moment, and most of the time we didn't really notice him snapping away - its only when seeing the photos, we realised he had captured so many memorable moments. We really couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional photographer of their special day!

James offers a fantastic service. He's very professional but with a relaxed manner which puts everyone at ease. He was very patient with the children, made it fun and captured a wide range of different and interesting shots whilst keeping their attention. We thought the photos James took of our 18 month old son were excellent, we wanted natural looking photos and James suggested taking some in a local park and the rest in his studio. We were very pleased with the end result. James has the knack of getting the right photo, whilst not being intrusive, which meant our son thought he was playing all the time. I was so impressed with James' skill, mannor and professionalism. The rapport he built up with us during the shoot was second to none and the finished package far outweighed and was much better value than another national photograpy company that we have also used. James Wilson was a very friendly and efficient photographer for my daughter's wedding. He put everyone at ease, especially my daughter who is not particularly comfortable with being photographed, and we are really pleased to have a beautiful set of informal, relaxed and happy photographs rather thanm just the stilted formal shots you often see. They are a true reflection of a very enjoyable day and a wonderful memento.

I recommend Redrex photography. We used Redrex photography for photos of our two little boys. The photographer was very professional and was able to capture some excellent photos of our very lively boys. He had a good manner with the boys and made the experience fun for them.

Redrex photography spent an evening taking photos of the Dress Rehearsal of Masque Theatre's recent production of Little Shop of Horrors. During the rehearsal James was unintrusive while managing to get in position for an excellent set of pictures. He provided pictures for display in the theatre foyer and many comments were made as to the amazing colours and clarity of the pictures. As well as how he managed to capture each of the characters so well. He produced DVDs of the pictures very quickly and all of the cast are delighted with the finished product.
